Fancy Christmas Tree

Hi Bloggers,
Thank you for visiting my Blog I hope you enjoy browsing my creations each week and a special  welcome to all new bloggers.
Well the weather has changed again, a little cooler (thank goodness) but showers are forecast so time to retreat into my crafty area to make cards! (like I need an excuse)
Here is another card from the Honey Doo Christmas collection. A very simple card, I stamped and embossed the fancy Christmas Tree in Golden Glamour Embossing powder, I also used a sentiment from the  Christmas Quotes. I used gold mirri card to mat and layer and a couple of jewels to embellish the corners.
The ornaments on the tree were stamped on to of cuts of the gold mirri card. I hope you like it.

Take care, Have a good week

Fancy Christmas Tree

Hi Bloggers.
Thanks for joining me this week and welcome to any new bloggers.
How are you coping with the mini heat wave we are having at the moment?
Well this card uses the gilding flakes on black card. I used Honey Doo Multi Media glue to stamp the image of the christmas tree and for the bow border. I Embossed the sentiment in gold, I do find it better to use a single colour for words, when I use mixes I seem to loose the clarity of the words.
I was very impressed with the detail of this tree.

Take care, I hope the summer continues. See you next week.

perfect poinsettia

Hi Bloggers,
Thanks for joining me this week. Im a little later than planned, I wish I could blame the sun going to my head but with all the rain we are getting I don't think that will wash.
Did you see Honey Doo Crafts on Create and Craft last week?
Well this is one of my samples which was shown on the programme. Their new Christmas release is great.
I have used the Fancy Christmas Tree, stamped and embossed in silver sparkle embossing powder then cut out. I arranged these to form the base of th card.
I then used the perfect poinsettia, which I stamped with Stazon on to acetate. I then used glitter to colour. I cut this out and placed over the christmas trees.

I then took the ribbon from Up Up and Away stamp set and added a small sentiment from the christmas sentiment stamps. This was then matted on to silver Mirri. I think it looks rather cool dont you?

Floral Chaos

Welcome to my Blog,
This week I decided to return to the floral Chaos stamp by Honey Doo Stamps. Cream Card is a colour I rarely use so my challenge was to crate a card from Cream card stock.
I used Pro Markers to colour the flowers and then glossy accents over to emphasise them. I then decided to use an abstrac
t shape to make the card more interesting. I hope you like it.
Take care until next time
Janet
